OUR STORY

The story of Wyoming Bread House begins somewhere between the glistening waters of the Niagara Falls and the wide banks of Lake Ontario where I was raised on the European tradition that is foundational to East Coast cuisine; crusty sourdoughs and chewy bagels and pretzels, pizza doughs and melt-in-your-mouth pastries, centuries of tradition to create that perfect bite.

The story continued with a change in 2020 when my family and I were called to the West as so many have been called over the decades. And like those pioneers before us, we sought a better life in the wide open plains and traditions of Cowboy Country. Having fallen in love with this place I call home, I've sought to meld the traditions of my past with those of my future, taking what is unique and amazing in Wyoming and blending it with what I've learned from the East, and to do it with the purest and best, locally sourced, ingredients. So indulge in those hearty breads and sweet pastries. Go ahead and find that perfect bite.
